Due to the number of problems with the standard version, it seemed rather pointless to keep bloating it with more requested features, yet it has become apparent that a complete re-write is a substantial project.

I have decided (reluctantly) to both develop a replacement for EP, and continue to patch and enhance the existing version. This will appeal to a broader base of users, for whom updating extended product tags and support for other product types is an essential requirement.
